Great place to stay while in transit but the hotel bar has a very odd way of serving food. Get rid of the wooden boards ands use proper plates Eating a 6 inch high hamburger off a 4 inch wide board is not recommended and nor is serving fried fish in a wire basket. Please think these through before continuing these practices.

No room at the inn despite booking and paying
The hotel didn’t have a room for us despite us prepaying for the booking and confirming that they had a booking for us on file. We arrived at 2am and they claimed that there had been a flood but couldn’t give us any reports for our insurance company nor show us rooms. We are fairly certain they were lying. I had contacted them earlier in the day so they had my direct contact information and did not try to make any contact to let us know. . Offered us a room 45 minutes away. Unhelpful as we were specifically here because it was in the airport and we had an early morning flight - we just wanted a few hours sleep. Ended up sitting in the airport concourse all night.

The hotel is a short walk to Heathrow T5, very convenient as you need not leave the airport premises. The staff is great. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze and there are good food options.

Well, I stayed with my family many times. The hotel needs a renovation, update, the rooms are dark and dated. Also fitness center, add something for kids! Like a playroom, or kids club.

Excellent hotel connected to Terminal 5 at London's Heathrow Airport (LHR). Perfect if flying out the next morning from any of the LHR terminals, but especially from Terminal 5.

It was convenient being attached to the airport. The shower head in the shower was absolutely horrible. It had a lot of buildup and looked disgusting. Not in line with a top stared hotel.
