Flight got cancelled so attempted to contact to get swapped to next day, the gentleman on the phone says I’d need to phone back after 9am next morning to swap them over. When I phoned at 9 they said they already checked me out even though I wasn’t there so couldn’t transfer me. Why say phone tomorrow to get it swapped when you’re not going to do it? They won’t give me a refund or swap my room
Place to stick my head down after a night out and trains not running
This hotel is so dated
The lifts are atrocious, punch buttons never come

Ideal as a base as we were out most of the time, beds were comfy and clean enough but looking a little tired, not a 'superior' room to stay and relax in for periods of time.
Horribly hard beds, ridiculously small shower that doesn’t fit a normal sized adult. Elevators are super slow and tiny. Staff doesn’t have a clue about parking and may or may not offer assistance with luggage when the only way to get to the lobby is thru a set of stairs. Nearest parking lot is creepy and dangerous to go at night.
Have to put kettle on the floor to plug it in as the fold up table is too high. Miserly on complimentary tea, coffee etc.
Smell of sewage in the bathroom.
Thick dust behind tv.
But bed was comfortable and clean
