Amazing hotel, location and staff. Very friendly, family owned feel good experience. The area was safe and lively at night within walking distance of the hotel. It felt very inviting and very welcoming in every business we visited for dinner and entertainment. Would definitely stay there again when in London. Very close can tide to the center of London as well.

Surprisingly good
Very small room, but as we were only sleeping there it didn't matter. Spotlessly clean, well equipped. Comfy bed - although there was a hum from the ventilator that we couldn't shut up! Continental breakfast was very good quality with fresh croissants and tasty offerings.

Hotel was just as described. Had a miss-understanding on check in re continental breakfast being included. However, this was resolved. Great customer service. Would recommend this hotel.

The reception staff both make and female are so lovely and helpful- especially the guy who helped me with my suitcase. They stored my luggage when I went sightseeing. Breakfast is very good with lots of choices. Rooms are spotless.

Great place to stay in London. Close to many great landmarks and the tube. The room was spacious and clean and the Continental breakfast was amazing. Ai would recommend staying here and will likely stay here if I'm ever in London overnight.

Great location
This botique hotel, was centrally located, a short 12 minute walk from the Victoria Station. The room very comfortable and had a great shower, however was a bit tight, but note, it is in central London. The included breakfast was ideal for us. All in all, a great base for a few days sightseeing in London.
