Excellent hotel in a wonderful location for museum lovers. Rooms are clean and well appointed (very good water pressure in the shower, comfortable beds, thick fluffy towels) with everything we needed for our week long stay. Breakfast buffet is excellent and lavishly appointed with hot and cold foods. We loved it!

My teenage daughter and I stayed here for four nights in October. It was wonderful! The area was easily walkable and minutes from public transportation. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was perfect! I will look to stay here again upon our return

This hotel is im a great location. It’s near to restaurants, shopping, museums and public transportation. The hotel is nice but the rooms are a bit old. The bathroom had a bad urine smell and also getting in and out of the shower was scary. The shower was a bit high. I felt like I was showering in the sky. The staff was great!

Directly across the street from the Victorian Albert Museum. Easily walkable to the tube station at South Kensington. Kensington Park and Hyde Park were very close. Staff was very efficient.

Massively overpriced for what it is. The room was unbearably hot - about 26 degrees. In October. The air con made a lot of noise, but not one iota of difference to the temperature. The breakfast was possibly the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had. A cooked breakfast where everything was left out to go cold, and some items had random (unwelcome) flavours added. Undercooked, but still somehow cold, bacon. Black pudding like bullets. Really poor quality sausages. You get the picture. And the area - handy for Harrods, but pretty much nothing else in London. Horribly busy, nowhere reasonable to eat, windswept and uninteresting at night.
