Best floor is the 6th

We were upgraded to the 6th Elite floor. Loved the experience of the private patio, coffee and pastries in the morning, and views. The three night stay we had (2 adults and a child) was nice. Beds were comfy and looked elevated off of the floor with a night light at the bottom. My daughter lounged every day all day on the chaise. Drawback is no microwave to reheat food. Love the newer amenities and I'm going to find out where they got that awesome bathroom mirror from! Become an elite member!

Room was clean. Front desk staff pleasant. Service at the bar was very slow and server accidentally overcharged me $30 for “add chicken”. She didn’t present a bill initially and so I had to pay first and then the bill could be printed and then the error corrected afterwards. She said, “wow. I’m glad you caught that.” Also little disappointed I had to pay $28 to park in an unprotected just general lot— like if Walmart made you pay to park while shopping…

Nice rooms, very comfortable. Love the property. Only thing I didn't enjoy was the parking fee... I am already paying for the hotel... now you want to add on parking?

Lifesaver During Recent Fire

This property is a overrated garbage. No laundrymat, no breakfast, terrible customer service, and had to pay 100 dollars for parking. The customer service is another level of terrible. I asked multiple times for towels and soap. Multiple times they done nothing. Either they have no staff or the staff is lazy. I have stayed 2 times in this hotel and had the same expirence. They can't even offer a laundrymat if your going to stay for more than 3 days. Also cant even provide a breakfast for the amount of money that you spend here. Going back on the 100 dollar parking fee. They said that after our stay. Don't stay at this hotel. Stay at a Holiday Inn, they do everything better at a better price.
