Fique com a minha familia uma tarde. Somente o periodo até horário do nosso voou de volta para casa. Com isso foi satisfatório. O que deixou a desejar foi o atendimento, o recepcionista era novo no hotel e estava mais perdido do que tudo.

Uma barata no chão da recepção estava me aguardando para as boas vindas, indicando que o melhor ainda estava por vir... Lençol furado, dava p brincar de fantasma sem precisar fazer os furos para os olhos. Chão do quarto sujo de pegadas, banheiro imundo, com ralo super sujo e areia de praia nos cantos do box. O corredor nao tinha luz, use seu celular p achar sua porta, que tmb nao tm a identificação de forma visível, mas aí chegou um funcionário e me ajudou a encontrar. A estrutura do quarto é bem ruim, já a localização é excelente. E para fechar com o grand finale eu comprei com café da manhã, mas me informaram que por razões técnicas nao teria o café, sem reembolso. Eu diria que vale no max 50,00 pela localização.

A crítica vai 1º para o App, façam uma visita ao estabelecimento e depois aceite ou não. Um estabelecimento com fotos irreais e aparentemente não há preocupação nenhuma por parte do app Hotels.com, vergonhoso. O que chamam de hotel, parece mais uma casa transformada para hospedar retirantes ou parentes distantes. Maceió não merece. Café da manhã, zero qualidade, não tomei café em nenhum um dia da estadia, ambiente com poucas cadeiras/mesas, se tendo muitos hóspedes, tem-se a “fila de espera” para vagar mesa e a iluminação na área de alimentação é precária. Limpeza e conservação de sanitário e quarto feita por pessoas desqualificadas. Coberta para casal pequena. Toalhas mal cheirosas. Azulejos, vidros do box, pia lavatório e torneira com sujeira(gordura) e poeira e sem ducha, nem papel higiênico novo, gesso do teto com aberturas. Piscina ou banheira particular? Pessoal da recepção sem identificação. Não recomendo nem pro meu inimigo. As fotos são enganadoras, um verdadeiro faz de conta. Precisa urgentemente de uma reforma geral, mas com gente qualificada, não com mão de obra doméstica ou do tipo, próprio dono faz. Tirar foto de um lugar feio, pra que? Só para péssimas recordações, nunca.

Hotel simples. Localização é distante para ir andando para Pajuçara e Ponta Verde. Café da manhã simples, mas bom. Uma hospedagem curta foi tranquilo. Cama boa, Os travesseiros tá na hora de trocar.

Hotel velho e decadente, ar-condicionado surjo tive que lavar o filtro, luzes das escadas queimadas, colchão já bem usado, sentindo as molas nas costas, café da manhã nem tive coragem de comer, na frente do hotel tem um complexo de esportes de areia, o barulho começa ás 6 da manhã ninguém dorme. O pessoal do hotel se recusou a colocar o valor que paguei, colocou o valor que receberam do hotéis.com.
