Good price, nice location and helpful staff. Did not like the breakfast at all--No western choices. Note: other hotels we stayed at provided at least a few western choices for breakfast. Other negatives: no sauna or free amenities like afternoon/evening coffee/tea.

The room was small, so if you have big suitcases this place might not be a good option. However, everything else was great - very friendly and helpful stuff, delicious free breakfast, clean room, walking distance to Machida station and great water pressure shower. Bed was hard, but the blanket was very warm. For his price, it was a great place to stay.

I stayed for two weeks. The rooms are typical Japanese size, which is small. I had a king size bed, which is rarely available in Japan. The cleanliness and staff of the hotel were outstanding. The room is fully serviced on a regular basis and towels can be refreshed daily. My only complain and the reason I didn't give the review 5-stars is that the beds are hard, which is also typical of Japanese hotels, but for me way too hard for comffort.

Staffs were quite helpful and kind. Morning food service was excellent and those people were extremely kind. Room and the lobby were also very clean as well. There is a slight distance from the train exit.

My first hotel on our first visit to Japan and it was truly amazing. Has all the toiletries you need, Free breakfast, near the station, great nice location. Not overwhelming place like Tokyo, Room was small for North America standard but it was perfectly lay out and every inch has purpose. I will go back on this hotel in Machida again!

We stayed 4 nights and was told housekeeping will not clean our room, make beds or take out trash because we reserved our rooms through Expedia. Expedia did not mention this when I reserved our rooms via phone or seen this exception on Expedia's website describing the property. Disappointing an otherwise super vacation.
