Exactly what it says it is
Hotel was awesome and had zero complaints, the rooms were urban style and very modern, If I had to complain about anything its the location on hotels.com . It says its close to airport which if you are at T1 / T2 its fine but its a fair drive from T4 which is fine as they have a Shuttle transport (Third party) 5€ each way per pax and is reliable, I would 100% stay again

We were happy with the hotel room. It was nice and clean except there were only 2 very thin pillows in the room and no extras. The service was terrible. The people working at the front desk were rude and not willing to go out of their way to help at all. Zero customer service. The restaurant food was the worst food we had during our travels and very expensive. If you can go somewhere else or bring snacks. It was a bit further from the airport than we expected, about a 15 minute drive with no traffic.

Staffs are very professional and helpful. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable the shower is my favourite. The only problem is no kettle or items to make tea or coffee. And only 2 pillows on the bed which are not enough. Its a beautiful hotel but they need to put a kettle and more pillow on the bed to have a comfortable sleep.

I loved everything except terrible wifi service which is very important for me. Unfortunately I would not stay there again because of that. I’d recommend them to save money somewhere else or increase the buffet bfast price by 1 euro to provide a better wifi service. Food for thought.

The hotel in general is nice but the staff not so nice. Left the room in the morning and came back to find out my electric toothbrush, toothpaste, face cream and perfume disappeared. Reported to the reception and nothing resolved and on top of that they didn’t believe me they though I am not telling the truth. STAFF NEEDS TO LEARN customers are right on most of occasions
