It was a nice hotel but two things were a surprise: we had to pay $12 each for a mediocre breakfast, and shuttle service to the airport required booking and payment in advance. I assumed it was a free, on-going service. The front desk staff was superb.

Requested extra pillows and female staff argued about giving them to us , asking why we needed them . Really ! No air - they told us to open window but so much noise and mosquitoes! Small room , no amenities , few toiletries. No answer when called front desk - had to down to get a response. Buffet at breakfast very nice and clean rooms and hotel . Looked like a prison to my husband .

After long trip in Spain, we stop in Madrid and this hotel is very convenient. Close relatively to the airport, but it is far to downtown. It’s very clean convenient parking if you come early.
