Pros: Very nice looking clean hotel outside and inside. Loved the food options at the breakfast, and it was very enjoyable and tasty. Loved that they had pastries in the lobby when we checked in, and free hot beverages even when the breakfast wasn’t opened. The pool and hot tub was nice and greatly enjoyed. Comfortable beds, and clean spacious rooms. Friendly staff and easy check in. :) Cons: the only bad thing I would say is that half the games didn’t work in the arcade and lost some money putting it into some of the games. There was a number to call to get refunded, but didn’t bother as we are from Canada and wouldn’t be around to get the refund. The arcade was one of the reasons I booked here for my son , so he was a little disappointed he couldn’t play most of the games.

The property and room was very clean, a little sated but still nice. Breakfast was decent, not the beat but better than nothing. I discovered that there is a brewery next door wirh an adjoing parking lot. Great food and atmosphere.

The property was easy to get too and the lobby was very pretty. Other than that, it went downhill. We got to our room and someone had obviously smoked in the bathroom, a lot. I went to the desk and the clerk gave me some spray to spray our room and then bring the spray back to the clerk. We went sightseeing the next day and came back, but our keys didn’t work, so we had to get the room keys recoded. When we went in the room, housekeeping had gone in, emptied our trash, took our dirty towels, but did not leave us any clean towels! They didn’t make the bed or do any other cleaning. So, I had to go back to the desk again for clean towels. The room had a lot of plaster peeling and needed a very good cleaning. I don’t usually leave a negative review, but this hotel just wasn’t the greatest.

The maid staff never came to our room over the three day stay. I had to walk the hallway to find a maid in order to get clean towels, then the next day I had to go to the front desk to get them. They never replenished the coffee in our room nor did they empty the trash. On our last morning we arose early and went down to the breakfast room to find it locked, 45 minutes early! We checked out and had to drive around to find breakfast before getting on the road. This made us an hour or so late so we hit heavy traffic all the way home.

The area around the property was great. It was a combination of quiet and yet close to food and shopping. Checking in and out was easy. The staff was helpful. During check in, it was clear that the clerk was having a bad day. The room was spacious and comfortable.

I had a super late check in but the staff was warm and friendly. My room was very clean and the bed comfy... The only room to improve would have been a couple of bottles of water in the room as the two water was terrible and it was too late to go find anything.

The light fixture by the bed was falling off the wall, the laminate flooring in the bathroom had water underneath, the HVAC was either to cold or warm, the occ sensor in bathroom didn't work and the entrance lock was wanky - without a hard pull it would not latch. I didn't complain because I was too tired to change rooms, but I will never stay there again.

Staff was friendly and accomadating. And I wish I would have got his name but the gentlemen working front Desk was Outstanding!! We spoke briefly throughout my 2 day stay. But he was very approachable and professional about his job. And for those with a sweet tooth 4-6pm they offer some tasty treats! lol Great Stay!
