On arrival the reception told us that there was no parking we only booked it last week so things can’t have changed that much so we spent the next 2 hours frantically trying to find a parking space at an inflated cost we only booked the hotel for the parking and they said pay for extra parking when you get here

Great staff, all very helpful. We were in a standard queen room which was nice but a little cold. We couldn't increase the heating. Also we had quite a lot of noise through the night from adjacent rooms fans in their bathrooms.

Welcoming
Just a quick overnight stay due to Easyjet"s failure to sort out problems with their plane. Had to quickly book it at 11pm but had to be back at the airport for 4.45am. The gentleman at the desk was wonderful and couldn't do enough for us, even gave us free warm chocolate chip cookies, which, after you've spent 3 hours in the departure lounge without food or drink tasted like nectar. Sadly didn’t get time to test out anything else but the room and shower which was lovely. Big satterlite TV, and nice comfortable bed.

Double trouble
This is a standard sized room with two double beds crammed in and a rip off. Poorly equipped, no bedside table or even a shelf on either side of the doubles. You would need to be a contortionist to get out of one of them! Beds are very uncomfortable - too firm, they need a topper at the least. Poor design and substandard service from the Hilton. Staff don't really understand what the word hospitality means - it's more than a warm walnut" and chocolate cookie on arrival. £250 quid for a fitful night and that's without paying extra for breakfast or the additional charge for the shuttle to the airport. Getting across the road to the airport could be an Olympic event in itself. Book into a more premier hotel instead and save your sleep! *This review comes with an allergen warning
