Good location for wandering and walking. Staff helpful and friendly. Walkable to center of city and to train if not carrying much luggage. Nice breakfast and neat eating area across the street with many different types of food.

The most awkward hotel check in I’ve had to endure. The desk manager wanted a physical payment card from me even though we had paid for the room in full online. The poor girl who was working with him was embarrassed. He demanded a physical card saying that it needed to match up for some system. He spoke to someone senior and they ‘put dummy card details in’ and sent us on our way. Ridiculous.

It was very clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful I travelled with a visually impaired young person and the staff said if we needed any help during our stay they were there to assist. Be was last great selection and beds so comfy. Would stay again here

Very basic. All staff members we came across were very nice. Went up to our room in the lift whilst it was being worked on by an engineer which was unsettling. We'd requested a travel cot and instead they had made up the sofa bed which of course was unsuitable for our one year old. We called reception and this was remedied within 10 minutes though by a very nice lady. The room was small but met our needs. Cleanliness and general upkeep could be better - dusty lamps and chipped paint on the walls for example. The bathroom was nice and the bed and pillows were comfortable. All in all I think the room was over priced for what it was. I've stayed in nicer hotels for less.

Clean ,quiet comfortable room. Dining area needs updating. Seating not clean and too many tables . Friendly and helpful staff. Quick easy check-in Excellent location for trams,trains and free busses.
