Amazing
Absolutely amazing stay and we both loved every detail of the stay. We did have late check out however we got disturbed by telephone and door knocking 3 times which was quite annoying. However overall incredible!

The best hotel - bar none.
Every member of staff we met, without exception where friendly and helpful. The hotel was stunning and the view from our room was outstanding. My husband and I agreed that the quality of the food was better that any we have experienced, including Michelin starred restaurants. Cannot praise this special hotel enough.

Not impressed at all really compared to my other stays at the Gotham, which have been explempary The standard room was not great and the service in the bar in the evening was very poor and my girlfriend and I had to wait for 10 minutes Not acceptable Also overcharged on the bar bill Would like a refund

The room was very comfortable and corridors were safe. We didn't eat at the hotel but have done previously. The lifts were down to one so we had to join a queue to use them. I thought the charge per person, in addition to room cost, wasn't right.
