Rooms & furniture are beginning to show their age. Was expecting better quality mattress & pillows at $600/night. Not a comfortable sleep because of that. On a plus side, the restaurants were good and every employee that I dealt with were extremely friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The way hospitality should be.

Overall, a pleasant stay. Clean property but could use some upgrades. Most sit-down restaurant choices had 3/3.5 stars at best and all though we only ate at two (Prime Steakhouse and Guy’s Restaurant) the ratings were very fitting. Nothing memorable. The elevators of the Grand Pequot were a little wonky at night - stutter-stopping many times. That was a little scary. Would we stay again, Yes - but only for either a special occasion or a cheaper price.
