This hotel is super close to everything you need and more in el poblado. Heidi one of the receptionists was super friendly and super attentive of us and answered all of our questions. She was phenomenal and is the true definition of great customer service. Thank you so much Heidi for being apart of our great stay.

The hotel is relatively quiet considering it’s within walking distance to other Poblado hotels and night scene. Just make sure you bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. In terms of the room, it was clean, spacious, and modern, so you will be able to rest after a long trip. The check-in, checkout process was really easy, and they can store your bags while you're doing one last shopping trip. Highly recommend!

First & foremost, the staff at Hashtag arr fantastic. The rooms are clean and quiet and the bed was super comfy. The hotel is definitely safe and inwould recommend as a hotel. The neighborhood isnt great. I wouldn't recommend if you have kids under 12

Great location, but the photos can be deceiving of the true quality and condition of the rooms. Bed wasn’t the best quality. Some staff at the front desk were rude and did not have the best demeanor to work that position. Our stay was fine overall but definitely left something h to be desired. Wouldn’t recommend.

I felt super safe at this hotel ! Loved the fact that no one but the person / people on the reservation are allowed in the rooms. It makes it safer in my POV plus they have security 24/7 which are super nice always. They are similar to the hotels here where they program your card for the floor your on Only. Rooftop is a vibe and beautiful !!!! Anywhere you look the scenery is soooo beautiful. This hotel however is more for people that like to go out and party since the bars/clubs are loud so if you want peace and quiet it’s not for you. I didn’t mind it at all since I was there to have a good time with no kiddos. They also have a white noise in the room that does help put you to sleep if the nose is too much but for me I was good ! Super clean hotel with super Chimba staff! I stayed 6 nights slept and woke up to beautiful scenery everyday of Medellin. I will definitely go back to this hotel !!!! Thank you for being attentive and helpful !!! Till next time.

Si quieres parchar en Medellín esté es tu hotel
En general el hotel está muy bien. Buena ubicación para festejar, parchar, vacilar. El rooftop tiene buenos cócteles y buena comida. La seguridad es muy buena. Las habitaciones son bellas, limpias y modernas (escojan con balcón ;) ) Está a solo pocas cuadras de Provenza y Lleras. Punto a considerar, fin de semana el ruido para dormir es mucho.
