Great hotel in the lleras parque area of poblado Pros - decent size room , big bed , lovely hot shower , good wifi connection , safe location with plenty of various dining optoons , very good staff with a special mention to MARIA the tour operator whose english was excelent & the 2 most notable helpful reception staff MAFE & YOR Cons- cable tv hit & miss, rooftop bar area was enclosed not open topped & i would have liked the hotel to have been guest friendly so i couldve had a leg massage after walking miles around medellin which is very hilly & takes its toll.

Loved our stay here. The staff is amazing very helpful. The hotel is very well kept and clean. Rooms are small but very cozy. I loved that is was close to everything. I will definitely come back when I’m in Medellin. The rooftop was beautiful and the service great. Loved everything of this stay.

Very nice hotel for a short period. Room is small, clean and quiet. It has all the facilities. Breakfast is good with a nice service. Good price. I give it 9/10 and Recommend Hashtag98.

Nice hotel but very noisy
Nice hotel but incredibly noisy. First night there were works that woke us up at 8am, before the time we were advised. Following nights the cleaning staff were playing music and on the phone early in the morning. The music from the rooftop is also really loud in the hotel. Overall really hard to sleep.

I liked the hotel overall. All the staff members were extremely helpful and attentive. It’s one of the main reasons I chose to stay in this hotel. On a previous trip to Medellin, I had passed by the hotel and decided to check it out. The folks at the reception desk and the security guard who showed me the room were all so pleasant that I decided I’d stay here on my next trip to Medellin. I liked my room that had a bath and the location at the end of the hallway was not overlooking the street so it was nice and quiet. There were some issues with water pressure and faulty shower heads but they resolved the issues for me. The water pressure was so weak I had to finally ask them to remove the shower head altogether so I could have a semi normal shower with decent pressure. This has unfortunately been a common experience for me in other decent hotels in Medellin. It likely has to do with water-saving requirements in the city. I found the a/c units very difficult to control. The fan setting would either go low or high but not medium. However, every time I needed help adjusting the settings, they sent someone to help me. I did not like the fact that there was no clock or phone in the room. When u need help, you must use your cell phone to call or WhatsApp the front desk. Service at the coffee bar and restaurant was also great. Nothing like service with a smile!

After a party, this is for you. if not, stay away!
Hotel was ok. On google they rate themselves as 5 star hotel, it is definitely not. The rooms were very loud, especially on weekends. Needed to request ear plugs to be able to sleep. Bed was super hard for my liking, my partner was ok with it. Tiny rooms, and no ventilation in the bathrooms. The hallways are very noisy, you can hear everyone's conversations as they head towards the elevators. Towels are average, and the tv doesn't work properly. The restaurant below was not good at all. Tasteless overpriced food. Service was great at this hotel though. Overall the stay was ok, but would not choose this hotel in the future, and definitely not stay in this part of town.
