Wow where do I begin ! Amazing staff , very safe hotel I loved that as a woman I traveled alone and felt SAFE ! In the hotel the staff remembers everyone by name, which I truly appreciated, not to mention you can’t go on different floors of the hotel unless you scan your card which is programmed to each floor! As a woman who traveled Solo alone to I APPRECIATE THAT SO MUCH ! Wow I can go on and on the front desk, the breakfast and staff, the cleaning staff, the rooftop staff , the food 10/10 ! I will return soon.

The customer service here is outstanding. Every staff member at the front desk was phenomenal. I didnt have much interaction with other employees but when i did, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great location. Rooms were great. The downfalls are that it is a bit noisy. And there is no pool or fitness center.

Upon getting dropped off I found the Building to be beautiful. I loved the design and immediately knew I was going to be well taken care of. Upon check in I was escorted to my room and given a quick tour. They give you a pass to receive welcome drinks from the rooftop bar, the drinks were delicious. The room is beautiful, the bathroom is stunning and the mattress and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast is really good and the burgers at the rooftop taste amazing. The staff goes the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
