A very nice boutique hotel with a lot of character. A bar/breakfast area next to reception offered convenience, and a rooftop bar provided outstanding views. Rooms were a little on the small side, but well-designed, modern, and nicely appointed. The staff was excellent --- friendly, engaging, and exceedingly helpful. Hotel was also well-located, within short walking distance to great restaurants and coffee.

Although the hotel was cute, the first room they tried to put me in smelled like mold. Then the room I stayed in, there was hair on the bed and the sheets had stains. Also the bathroom hand towel had hair and was dirty. Also for two days the elevator was broken and had to climb and go down 6 flights of stairs.

Perfect location

Great service!! Very friendly and such a nice stay! Close to hundreds of restaurants and night life. Hair salon and shops are walking distance as well. No need to rent car since this hotel is just close to everything

The staff was super friendly. The hotel is beautiful with an amazing rooftop pool view. The location is very convenient, right next to Provenza with many places just a short walking distance. Room was clean and maintenance staff is great!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Selvario 36. The decor is stunning and the service top notch. Natalie is such a sweetheart, she answered all our questions with such detail and made sure our stay was very comfortable. Felipe was also very helpful and friendly, he gave us great recommendations. Selario 36 provided an amazing stay with its prime location in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to major attractions. The rooms just beautiful and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and great amenities.
