This was the worst room I've ever been in. Absolutely disgusting. It smelled like smoke and mold, paint on the wall was peeling off all over the place and was just dirty, dated an unorganized. The photos on their page look nothing like the room we refused to stay in.

The pool area was very nice! By far the best part of this hotel. Rooms have both inside and outside access which was nice - we could park right outside of our room and enter through the exterior door and walk out of your room on the other side right into the pool area. Very nice for convenience, but you could definitely hear people using the pool when it was busier Rooms left a lot to be desired. Bathroom was small and definitely needs an update - we used the pool shower instead. Beds were comfy but we had three double beds squished into the room - with the desk, dresser and additional furniture, it made it very squishy for our family of 5. We did find ants in our room (likely due to the exterior access) but what I disliked most was that the room was fully carpet - you walk in wet from the pool area and can see large stains where it hadn't been dried or cleaned properly over time. All in all, pool area made it a good stay, but the rooms left a lot to be desired - no fault of the cleaning staff by any means - just showing age and in need of some work.

Rooms need TLC
It’s an old property needing some TLC. The carpets were old and stained, coffee pods missing, tissue box empty, coffee maker broken, bathroom exhaust broken and guests smoking in the aisle. The staff were polite and courteous, but the room conditions need to get a lot of maintenance work.

The beds were only double beds when we confirmed for queen beds and the shower was so dirty that there was black smears in it. Everything felt dirty. The staff was very friendly though and friendly.

Older hotel but rooms are redone very nicely. We checked in and Rana was very friendly, helpful and funny. Great price. A couple restaurants near by and the breakfast included was good.

Bedbugs!!!! Found within 30 min of us checking in. Area is scary. Lots of undesirables in and around the hotel. Didnt feel safe Photos on website are not what we were given furniture was old and mismatched. Bathroom sink and kitchenette sink were inches from each other. Fridge still had food in it. We left. Sadly, we still have received no refund for this stay.

This property is in major need of upgrading. The pictures on the site are not what you get. I’m fine with rooms being old and needing an upgrade but the rooms, hallways and everything were very unclean. Ex:dirty q-tips on the floor, dirty cup behind the night stand, mirrors were dirty, walls had dirt on them and were in major need of wiping down, carpet was VERY dirty. The room we got was not 2 queen beds, it was 1 queen and 1 double. When I mentioned this to the front desk he said he could love me but every room was the same. I mentioned it’s false advertising on the Expedia site and he gave me an email to the manager to contact which I did an have heard no reply at all. I wouldn’t stay here again.
