Mould in the shower Coffee drips around fridge area. Overflow outlet in the hand basin was absolutely full of i don't even want to know.TV Remote control was absolutely built up with grime. We all know that world also contain human excrement!!! I requested that i receive a phone call about my complaint to the front desk. This was on the 5/12/2024 Today being the 10th and still no contact.

We had a great stay at the Victoria Hotel. It was so convenient to come and go from, with access to all the shops and laneways. The room was large and had everything we needed. The inhouse bar was fun with a pool table and breakfast was amazing!! Would definitely visit again.
