this place is trash. they do not clean their rooms. at all. my sheets were unacceptable. stained with bodily fluids plus hairs in them. went to the front desk "window" to get new ones and was told they could not access the laundry until 8 a.m. & that there were no other available rooms to switch to. i was offered 3 hand towels to cover up the stains/fluids/hairs. true story! i posted pics on their google reviews. i would advise looking at all of their 1 star reviews on there before booking.

Most unkept room. Soap scum in tub and filthy around the hold bars in shower. Shower curtain moldy. The Bed, pretty fold on the bed spread but once opened, it was torn and had crusty brownish (looked like blood) smears on it, filthy! Had to use my travel pillow to sleep on and sheets looked not washed. Had to keep my shoes on in the room at all times. It may be a shelter hotel. I asked the front staff if that was the case and they said no. But every night, there were shady folks scurrying back and forth. It is a cheap priced hotel and the only one we could find in Memphis at a short notice, but if you can avoid, please do so! I said 5 starts for eco since the room is a petri dish, ugh on the amount of bacteria and fungi being cultivated there!

The gentleman at the front desk was pure class and helpful. The area was safe and quiet plus the gate helped with feeling safe. But the first room we were given had blood on the top cover and other substance stains on the sheets below. The gentleman up front quickly moved us to another room but it was smaller than what we ordered but after a 4 hour drive we left it alone. The room didnt offer an iron or coffee maker, the shower curtain was dirty, the heat never worked on the air conditioning unit (while temps were in the 20's the sheets were extremely thin and the bed was very noisy. If it wasnt for the safety of the area and us being tired from our drive we wouldve went somewhere else. But the young man at the front was a gem and the best part of the stay.

If you are looking for a cheap place it's fine for a night or two. The office door is locked so you have to check in and out through a window. The staff seemed rude but maybe it was a language barrier. It would have been nice to have a hair dryer and a chair in the room. The bed was comfortable. It's gated around the whole property which is nice. You literally need your room key to get in the gate entrance and to and from the office window.

Not well renovated. Towels, sheets, and pillows are noticeably well used and need to be replaced. Mattress has multiple, questionable stains. Room has stains all over walls. Worth its price.
