Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the convenient location. It was nice that they had some additional amenities such as earplugs, Q-tips, and cotton face pads. The towels were plush, too. I thought the guitar and the record player were cute touches, although the record player didn't seem to work well. I noticed some wear and tear to the rugs to where they were curling or bunching so they could be possible trip hazards. Also, the loft could use a deep clean- baseboards and corners of rooms were dusty. The lighting could be improved, as well. Either it was super bright, cold overhead lighting, or it was dim mood lighting. A couple of extra lamps with warmer bulbs would be a nice in-between. The parking was really convenient and again, I loved the location. The Arrive Hotel which is just a block away and across from the Civil Rights Museum is the perfect spot for breakfast if you don't want to make something at the loft. They also make great cocktails and have a lovely staff.
Lastly, I got a notice from the Stallion that I was going to be charged for renting/buying some show or movie on one of the streamers. I never once turned on either tv. Not sure how that was associated with my room but I disputed it. Will keep an eye out for any additional charges on my card.
