The area is central to major attractions. The bedroom we were given was on the last floor and the music from the surrounding area did not let us sleep. It was extremely noisy every night

The hotel is located close to insurgentes subway station which makes it very centric. The are is full of choices where to eat, local and international, they are all within walking distance. You will also find bars and clubs if you like night life and the area is also busy every day and every night. If you are looking for a quiet area to stay at this hotel will provide that as well but the area is busy and noisy. Rooms do a good job in keeping the noise isolated.

I had my reservations about staying here, but the room quickly changed my mind. Very clean all around, walls, floors, everything. I was happy it included refrigerator. The noise I factor I read on reviews, not a factor at all. I was on the 7th floor. The staff, different story, little customer service, we had to remind housekeeper to keep power card inserted while we were out. My spouse had another room reserved for another party, they turned off access without warning. We reserved it under a "triple" because it would be occupied by 3, we were charged extra because a fourth person stayed in the room for one night. The room accommodates 6. I would stay here again, very convenient location.

Wonderful Stay
Room was big and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was a great base for my many trips around Mexico City since it was central to everything I wanted to do. Uber cars were just a few minutes away for easy pickup. It was a bit noisy on weekends. but noise just in background and I was able to sleep, no problem. The rest of week was very quiet. Glad I chose this hotel for a great week in Mexico City.
