Te property is very convenient for a few pues to sleep and then go to the airport. Pillows are very hard and uncomfortable

Check in is super easy and convenient. You get handed a remote and a set of keys for your room. The room is air-conditioned and basic for one's sleeping and bathing needs. In my opinion, this hotel should only be used for transitioning in and out of the country via the nearby airport. (1-3 days max) It wouldn't be the most preferred for longer stays. The cleanliness of the room was okay also. The bedding was a little concerning, but I don't sleep under hotel bedding so it wasn't a concern for me. The staff is really nice, so that was a plus too. Overall, I would recommend for the reasons listed :-) Also, the internet was very strong and reliable! :-)

Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. Beds are horrible, booked three rooms, we all had the same complaints. The TV was making a loud noise and it’s imposible to see if the tv is on the side

I arrived at 12:15 am to be told I did not have a reservation. The man kept telling me I did not have a reservation.He showed me a piece of paper that had another persons name and asked me to check in under another persons name. I completely said NO!! I confirmed I had a reservation.about 10 minutes of showing him all my confirmations another man appeared from the back and showed me my reservation with the wrong total. He clearly took money from me. I will be contacting Expedia about this. Please do yourself a favor just because it's close to the airport STAY AWAY THIS IS A TERRIBLE HOTEL!!!

We stay there the night before our flight, the convinience of being down the street from the airport is worth it. With Mexico City’s traffic its recommended!! The hotel was clean, very well maintained, parking in the back. Safe for the most part. Only two complains I would have would be it’s close to a busy street so the noise and also A/C is set a set temparature. It was a bit hot at the time. Other than that for the convenience to the airport this one with well reccomended.

Clean inside and close to airport. No food service have to eat outside and its dangerous outside of building and very dirty.
