Booked property day of trip as another host left my family and i homeless. No confirmation or check in instructions. Money was taken and refund was denied. Never stayed here. Legal action coming.

The elevator took 20 min to go up and down every single time. The unit was dirty and filled with sand. The parking was expensive (around $30USD per night). There were barely any cutlery and dishes. The carpets were stained and the pillows smelled bad.
