This is an ok hotel. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately we has a bad experience with the room (1224). The room had an urine smell around the two beds; the toilet did not drain; there were white spots all around the carpet; the kitchen floor had ketchup spots all over. My family have gotten better service in the third world countries we've traveled to for half the price.

First of all i booked it on the 22nd of October while we were on our cruise..but after reading reviews i tried to cancel our reservation on the 23rd..no one answered the phone..Expedia tried calling..i was lucky enough to get a flight back home on Saturday instead of being stuck here..i couldn't cancel or them refund my money.

Nice penthouse layout with king size beds. AC is cold. Near restaurants, shopping and malls/cinemas. Bathtub was peeling off. House phone was not working. TV reception is spotty. General conditions of rooms and buildings shows signs of aging.

This place may have been good 25 yrs. ago but should be torn down and a new one built. We did not have much of a choice as we drove over from Venice to miss the hurricane Milton. Example: no face clothes, coffee pot broken, bath tub faucet broken, nobody speaks English. I asked for ice for some water, no body I talked to knew what "ice" was. Stay somewhere else if you have a choice, this place is terrible.

I stayed one night on a business trip, so i can't really say about shopping, transportation and dinning options, but in Miami, those are things you find at every corner. I can say though, that the room was neat, couldn't ask for better. I wish every hotel was like that. The staff was friendly. It's quet, no weed stink at all. Room didn't have any odors or nothing. Great work, guys!
