Convenient to MIA
Room was modern and clean with a comfortable bed. It was nice to have a kitchenette area and small fridge. Free airport shuttle and breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay at the Element again! Also close to the airport.

Couldn’t find shuttle at airport although we tracked it and followed the directions. Ended up getting an Uber. Once we got to the hotel we used the shuttle and went to a restaurant, they told us to call him when we were done. We called and waited for over 40 minutes (tracked him again and saw him go to airport and back to hotel) and once again got an Uber instead of using their free shuttle service.

Front sesk staff wonderful. Explained my options. Food just as nice. Did 1 meal inhouse, 1 dooe dash and 1of hotel. Stayed her several times many years ago all work related The upkeep after 7 years is incredible.
