Our stay was wonderful we had 2 rooms booked. We arrived earlier in the day we were able to pay additional $40 to check into one room early no big deal $10 per person. We changed headed up to the pool for cocktails and food which was all very good! Rested for a bit and head down to bayside for some music, shopping, ice cream and some more cocktails. Easy access to a very entertaining area! Tomorrow we board the carnival celebration at the port of Miami!

The lady at the front desk was not welcoming at all. The property and room were very nice and exceeded expectations. Will come back, it is walking distance to the heart of Miami.

The staff was welcoming and the property is beautiful. My complaints are that they didn’t offer room service and I had, prior to checking in, asked for an accessible bathroom. It was confirmed that my room was changed for an accessible one but upon arrival I didn’t actually have that room.

Poor service but room was nice.

Hotel staff must be new. We received very poor service from the start and during our two night stay. Long wait during check in, asked for bottled waters at front desk in person and never brought to our room. Room was very comfortable, but the poor service after spending almost $1,000 for hotel and food was very disappointing.

Hotel was clean, quiet, nice staff, amazing gym and spa. Pool looked beautiful even though it was too cold to partake we were able to enjoy the amazing views on the rooftop.
