Beautiful property, I love that the restaurant is connected for a late night drink or dinner. Just remember it is close to the street and you may hear music and nightlife. The public restrooms gets unkempt late night. I didn’t get a chance to look at the pool. Staff was friendly and helped with luggage and early check in. Room wasn’t ready but amenities were available!

Clean, up to date hotel. Courteous and helpful staff. Convenient to beach, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Was quiet inside room, which was surprising considering the nightlife. Bed was comfortable, but a little too soft for me. Love the area and would definitely stay again.

Very nice property in the Art Deco area. Great stay. I would have rated higher but one early evening, there was drilling and banging in the next room until 8 pm. No alert or notice. Very disturbing.

The property had onsite entertainment and one section of the hotel had a ice cream shop connected to it and while we where waiting for the elevator to go upstairs there was a very large roach/water bug crawling around. additionally, the bed had the bottom of it busted out of the box spring. I would not stay at this location again!

I'd stay here again. It's s beautiful art deco property that's very conveniently located with plenty of historical interest to explore on foot. The staff are all extremely pleasant and helpful. Don't miss the museum across the street.

The property is located in the heart of South Beach, and it is perfect for solo traveler. The only disadvantage is the noise at night from the restaurants and clubs. It was not a big deal for me, but the music starts at 10am sharp and ends at 2am, so if you want to sleep in, it’s not the place for you. The pool was a plus, especially after a hurricane. However, it was quite small in size. It also gets crowded. The bellman at the hotel was very sweet and helpful. Overall, it’s a good place for the money you pay.
