Jimmy at the desk was rude but the people working the desk on the AM shift were friendly enough. Overall the place is a great value. I love the Red Roof Inn for being so pet friendly and affordable.

I was very unhappy to find out that this property does NOT have airport transportation after 1130pm. The listing on Orbitz said that it offered it 24 hours-on their website it says it does not. They also did not tell us there was breakfast in the morning so we missed it

Room 544 was the worst I got no sleep because of the adjacent door that is on the other side from 10 pm no peace . Ppl playing and making loud noise music tv and just didn’t care. Front desk say they would take care of it but only after loud fire alarm came on since they were also smoking. Got no rest. Worst night ever. Also make sure u are down early for free shuttle bus. One family had a party of 7 I almost got left behind.

This has to be one of the dirtiest hotels i have stayed in the place looks good from afar but once you are in it is a whole different vibe, the carpet looked horrible and the elevator hardly work, people hanging around. looks like a place you could get robbed at. I will never be staying here again.
