Only two bad issues. The shuttle service is only from 6 am to 11 pm after or before that scheduled you are on your own. The second issue the breakfast is scheduled on internet from 6 am until 9 am. But wants you are there is actually from 7 am to 9 am. And the lady that is in charge of the cafe are is not nice are all , looks like she hate to work there. Her attitude is really bad with costumers. Other than those two issues else is great or is according with the price. Pillows and bed are confi.

My stay at Wingates was great but my unacceptable experience came after checkout. I'm still waiting for a refund to my credit card or even a response to the many emails I sent regarding my refund. Also my reservation said pay on arrival but my card was charged prior my arrival which created issues.

My experience this week was not the same as last week. The beds were not comfortable and were worn down on both ends making it difficult to sleep. Our room was not taken care of on sunday by housekeeping. It was a fair experience when compared to the week before.
