Hotel was excellent value and the staff were lovely. Location was great, very easy to walk to the main sites and great neighbourhoods. The room itself could do with a fresh coat of paint and it was a bit noisy on our ground floor room, with rubbish collection / street cleaning early in the morning outside of our window. Not at all the fault of the hotel, but worth mentioning. All in all, I’d stay again given the great value.

Wonderful, affordable hotel by Il Duomo, Milan
I recently visited Milan for the first time with my two boys. We had a lovely stay thanks to the staff at Sonder Missori in Milan. The room was spacious enough for three people and immaculate! The location was perfect for visiting Il Duomo and the shopping area. It was also a quick walk to the train station so we can get to the Stazione Centrale within 15 minutes. This gave us easy access to excursions which met up in that area. I highly recommend the Bernani Express Tour with Zani Tours. It was amazing to be able to take a train ride to the Swiss Alps while visiting northern Italy. We also were able to take a quick train ride to Lake Como. I have to say that the location of the Sonder Missori allowed us to experience everything we wanted to very easily. The staff is also very friendly and helpful!

Nice hotel in the centre of Milan close to Duomo etc Reception staff lovey gave us lots of recommendations and directions couldn’t of been any more helpful Lovely breakfast Just the rooms could do with a bit of attention bathroom needs redecorating and skirting boards in bedroom broken in places Lovely comfortable bed had a good nights sleep Yes if I was in Milan again I would stay here again

Hotel only a few minutes walk from the Cathedral but in a quiet area. A small,quaint hotel with very pleasant staff throughout. Opted to have the breakfasts in the hotel as there's not many places nearby that did what we wanted. There's everything you could wish for - cereals, fruit, hot food as well as a great choice of drinks. This worked out at £12.50 each but the food was unlimited and set us up for the day. If we went back to Milan, we'd book this hotel again. 5* overall.

Excellent location, perfect for the Duomo area. Spotlessly clean room, with good quality tea and coffee tray and clean, fresh linen. Bathroom was basic but clean and lovely fresh towels were provided daily. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was decent with a good selection of cooked and continental items. I will look out for Sonder hotels in other locations and would stay here again when visiting Milan.

Disappointing Experience - Not up to 4-star Standa
We recently stayed at the Sonder Missori in Milan, expecting a comfortable 4-star experience, but unfortunately, the reality fell short. While the beds were comfortable, the overall condition of the room was disappointing. The noise from the street was quite bothersome, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the bathroom was in poor condition. The bathtub had mold where it met the wall, and there were three different floor levels in the bathroom, which posed a safety hazard, as I nearly tripped against the vanity at night. One major drawback is the lack of amenities expected from a 4-star hotel. There is no lobby or gym, which limits options for relaxation and fitness during the stay. On a positive note, the hotel is very centrally located, within walking distance to the cathedral and other major attractions. This convenience was one of the few highlights of the stay. Overall, while the Sonder Missori benefits from a great location, its aging facilities and lack of amenities significantly detract from what could have been a pleasant stay. Given the current state of the rooms and amenities, I would rate this hotel more in line with a 2-star or low 3-star establishment. For those prioritizing location over comfort and amenities, it might still be worth considering.

I would stay at Sonder Missoni again when I’m back to Milan. Very convenient location, walkable to main must see sites, stuff very friendly and professional. I was little confused about check g in process since they make you register in advance but there is a front desk person 24/7 and there is assistance available any time in case anything needed. Updated gem in Milan
A very hip and modern hotel in Milan... definitely looked new (or newish)... large room with an even larger bathroom and a small entry way... almost felt like an apartment to be honest. The front desk staff was lovely and the location was convenient. Not as in the middle of town as some other hotels, but a 10-15 minute walk from most of the sights as well as close to the above ground tram and subway.
