I wish they would return my money for incidentals that they charged my card. The fee isn't the problem, but the facts that I stayed 12/11/2024 to 12/12/2024. And it takes this long to return money.

Nice newer hotel, a tried a little too hard to be modern with touchpads to order elevators and tablets in the rooms that nobody wants to mess with. Rooms could use a carpet deep clean and some recycling bins.
