I was first given a dirty room with the bed torn apart. I told the front desk and we were given a clean room. The curtains and chair had very noticeable stains (food?) This place has gone down hill since we stayed here last. I hope they can clean it up.

The stay was very good. There was no issues and the staff at the front desk were very helpful and quick. Definitely returning to this hotel. The only thing is that the bed sheets/blankets should be changed as they seem a little old and not so clean.

Spacious, clean, friendly. 24 hour coffee in the lobby was nice. They offer “Inn Room” service which is delivery from local cafe/bistro. (The food odor some reviews allude to) We were expecting a chain hotel and were pleasantly surprised.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. When I called to ask if I could check in at least one hour before normal check-in (3 PM), they said I can stop by and see if a room is available. Luckily, there was. The location and view of my room was excellent too. Check-out was easy.

Room was clean, bed was EXCELLENT, a little bare bones but ok. Shuttle was prompt. Thought I left a watch in my room because I could not find it. I overslept and hurried to pack and leave. I called from the airport and they immediately went to search the room and while in my flight home they sent a text the room was thoroughly searched and no Apple watch. I did find it when I got home wrapped up in clothes in my hurry to leave. Great customer service!
