We arrived late after driving from Ohio. Michelle, at the front desk, was so great. She checked us in quickly and gave us an awesome recommendation for a local coffee shop to check out the next morning. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was great, especially Mary and Janet at the front desk. They were very accommodating and made sure we were set with anything we needed during our stay. Breakfast was mediocre (which is not at all a reflection on the staff), it’s obvious the hotel itself instead of choosing fresh food to prepare/cook they went the premade/frozen route. Beside the breakfast, the room was clean, only problem we had was the fridge needed to be replaced because it didn’t work but the staff fixed it instantly. The hotel was very quiet day and night, which was nice considering how close it is to a main road.

Our room was great up until our next door neighbor was banging on our wall while me and my husband were having a conversation. We were not being loud or disturbing anyone. We decided to go get snacks and our same next door neighbor opened the door exactly when we did and he yelled as we walked out to the hall. This made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. The last thing was that room service tried to slam the door open with our nocking first.
