Lovely hotel
It’s a newly renovated room facing the sea. We have a good time here with Onsen, tea and evening lounge with drinks and snack. We will come back next time .

Expedia never ever again. I made this reservation for a meeting February. Then spent the next several months with my mother in decline and her death. I decided not to go to the meeting but forgot I’d made a reservation. Not one single reminder from Expedia u til I got a “how was your check-in experience” from Expedia. I couldn’t cancel as the 24 hour before check-in cancellation deadline had passed. Hotel is bound by Expedia rules and Expedia never even responded to my message to them. Don’t use Expedia ever. I can’t tell you about the hotel as I didn’t stay there.

正直な感想
家族での滞在で、訳あって4部屋6名でお願いしました。 当初シングルは不可と聞いていましたが、サイト内ではシングル利用可となっており、統一されていない感が否めませんでした。 ホテル内は開放的で清潔感がありとても気持ち良かったです。 私が滞在した部屋はシングルでしたが、一晩中部屋の隣の音がうるさく眠れませんでした。 正直二度と利用したくありません。 予約した際も、喫煙可とあった記憶でしたが、全室禁煙と言われ、有無を言わさないスタッフの態度にも違和感を感じました。 宿泊にかかる費用を考えれば、値段の割にはレベルが低いと言わざるを得ません。 同じ値段でもっと質の良いホテルは沢山あると感じました。 申し訳ありませんが、もうお邪魔はしません。 サービスの面では、ウェルカムドリンクがフリーで種類も豊富でとても良かったです。 温泉施設もあって快適でした。 しかし、ホテルの売店が14時からのオープンで、更に品揃えがイマイチでした。 どうしても値段と比較してしまいますが、利用客としては、奮発して宿泊したのだから、それ相応のサービスなりが欲しいと思ってしまいます。 贅沢なのかもしれませんが、ハッキリ申し上げて期待を裏切られた感じです。
