This hotel has got all amenities and it is best for couples for a peaceful visit from anywhere around the world. Mr Sapuan from F and B department is the best person and overall staff also very good. You should try their ala carte menu specially chicken tarioke

The hotel is under staff do check in took a long time. There were 4 different families staying & we all had different issues. Rooms are made really late. There is no partition in the shower so everything gets wet. The key stopped working after 2 days. The sir cond was not working & they had to change room. overall the stay wasn't that pleasant.

I like the Pullman hotel. The only disappointment is no more tooth brush available and the man cooking eggs at breakfast is bad at it. Should be dishwasher.

Inhouse multi-storey carpark which helps if you have an expensive vehicle. Check-in can be improved as it is quite busy, the room is unavailable until 4 pm, was upgraded to a bigger room which was nice! Very big room with a dining table and a big fridge. Overall a pleasant stay.

The staff are very helpful, especially the concierge who was outstanding. He helped us find a taxi to get to Lambir NP when our tour was cancelled. The rooms are more 3 star. They are huge and a bit soulless. Towels in the room turn up randomly! Breakfast buffet has a great selection of food.

I enjoyed my stay at the Pullman last year. Sadly, this time was disappointing. I got a connected room with little sound protection. To no fault of the Pullman, my neighbour was very loud, shouting frequently and on a speakerphone call on well past 1AM. Thankfully, the staff allowed me to switch rooms. After packing up and relocating, the next room was filthy. There were grease/dirt foot/shoe prints all over. White lotion (I hope) was splattered on the nightstand and next to the bed. The countertop in the sink still had water stains from the previous guest. I was assured that the morning staff had already cleaned and was told that the dirt stains were paint. When I showed them that the stains wiped away the staff mopped again. While I'm very appreciative that someone was able to help, and understand that the staff likely have a lot of pressure to clean quickly I am disappointed as my first room and last year's experience were not like this. I also had the misfortune of breaking an iron. I talked with the staff who quoted RM180 ($50), then said it was RM 390 ($115). This was a huge shock but I was willing to pay as it was my fault. Upon asking further, it turned out that a different guest had broken an iron and was given a discount and they had mistaken me for them. They were able to give me the same price but of course never offered until I and asked to be treated the same way. The Pullman is comfortable if you ask for what you need, but they won't offer things upfront.

The sea view of the room is great and the room is very spacious however we were quite disappointed with food service. We ordered our food at 6.30pm and 40 mins later our food hasn't arrived. I asked the waiter at 7.10pm what is the status on our food and he said it is going to take another 45mins. Almost 2 hours just for 4 dishes is very absurd. Therefore we had to cancel our order as we have an event to attend at 8pm. So we had to rush to a near by café to grab a quick bite.
