The room had enough space for us. The whole facility is clean and quiet. We stayed 2 nights. It's close to restaurants, breweries and the market. A good home base for Arches National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. I would stay here again.

Older building for sure. Our refrigerator hardly worked, our curtains were broken and we are on the first floor, are drained was clogged and we had some ants. Breakfast was good but definitely need some work.

Great value for the price. It was clean, comfortable and quiet despite our room facing the busy road. The room had a fridge, with decent freezer, microwave, and coffee maker which are always a plus. They have a surprisingly big spread for breakfast that's included with the room price.

Amazing place to stay in Moab! Loved the room. Clean, safe, walkable. Laundry was convenient after long hiking days. Located in the perfect park of town to walk to all the good restaurants! Friendly staff.
