The remote for the windows shades did not work. The bathroom had a million different handles & bars in it. I was supposed to have a walk in shower, but was given a “handicap accessible” shower.

Kind staff but poor cleanliness
The staff was very kind and greeted us often. However we booked a non-smoking room, and it definitely smelled like old cigarette smoke. Our clothes and personal items smelled when we left after only staying 2 nights. We also killed 2 small cockroaches next to the kitchen sink just before we left today.
The property was clean from entrance to room, pool area and parking. The room was very spacious. Kitchen had all necessary needs (plates, cups, utensils, etc). Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom very spacious. Breakfast was good and plenty of options. The staff was friendly, Maya was super sweet. The only thing I didn't like, and it's not the worse but the pillows are too flimsy : ) but definitely will stay there again when traveling to Daphne Alabama.

Room was nice and comfortable. Good Location. However, when we took of our shoes to go to bed, Carpet was damp and now we knew why room had musty order. Carpets must have just got cleaned. Then from 12AM - 2:30AM were woken up by party by pool area that was just under our window. We called front desk and manager on duty spoke to group who were drinking and smoking since pool area was supposed to be closed. At 3:45AM group still there and same loud noise, and called front desk again to stop them since we were not getting any sleep.
Parking availabilty was limited. It was a little parking lot for the size of the hotel.
Had to park on the back of the building & walk around to the front. Walking into the lobby there was a very strong odor, almost like it used to be a smoking hotel that went non smoking. The odor carried over into the room as well. The first room I was given was filthy & had not been cleaned. Back down to the desk to be given another room ready for occupancy, but that odor was there too! Room was 2 doors down from the elevator, so every time someone came up or went down the ringing of the doors woke me up. All in all really disappointed, usually this is a great brand, have stayed in them across the country, but will not stay here again.
We booked for a quick trip for an athletic event. The staff was very nice, however there must be a smoking lounge area that is bringing a strong smoke smell when you walk in. The lobby was decorated very nicely and in season. The hallways and some room details could use some attention.
