Overall, it was a good experience. However, I struggled to rest, sleep. Perhaps it was a unique event but someone was in the hall outside my door. Having a loud conversation on the phone between midnight 2:00 a.m.. Grrr

Great location with some shopping close by. We did have to venture out a bit to find dinner options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast options. Rooms are spacious and clean. One of the beds was damaged and our air conditioner made a loud noise throughout the night.

Our stay had an easy check-in, the entire place, including our room, breakfast area and even the elevators were very clean and organized. Great selection for breakfast, staff friendly and making sure to keep things fresh. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel, would definitely recommend.

A good nights sleep
Was me and my son. I felt very safe. Great area. There are stores, restraunts, shopping very very close by. The guy at the front desk was so nice and friendly. I felt super safe and super comfortable. This is my 2nd time staying here. Very clean and smells good. The price is reasonable as well.

We liked the option to walk somewhere for dinner since several restaurants were nearby. Also the hotel was very clean and had plenty of places for hanging clothes and hooks for the bath towels.

Worst stay I’ve had in 20 years! I called front deck at 11 pm and at midnight on the party being held in room next to our. They were banging on wall so hard my bed was shaking . Staff did nothing. It didn’t stop until after 3 am. We got no rest after our travel day. Staff told me when I called second time they would ask guest room to tone it down but did nothing .

This was not a great experience. The hotel was very modern and minimal ( which was ok, Judy not what we expected. The room was clean , as was the bathroom and the bed was comfortable. The problem we experienced was that someone in an adjacent room had a LOUD TV playing all night long When we got up at 9:00 it was still blaring loudly. This happened even though there were notices posted in several places about no loud noises after 10:00 pm. We got very little sleep.
