I stayed 2 nights. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I like the location of the hotel as it was easy access to the sites. The pool and hot tub were clean and in good condition. The room was clean. I could see the ocean from the balcony which was a plus.

Comfortable and clean
Great stay-very comfortable, clean and it was nice to have upgraded decor. The hotel itself is a little dated, but the room didn’t feel that way. Nice free breakfast too-more items than I expected. Very friendly staff who were accommodating and helpful. This exceeded my expectations for the level/type of hotel.

We are a family of four and we stayed in a double queen room. The hotel offers breakfast, which was great for our two little ones. The room service ladies were amazing and there is a pool! You are about 10 minutes from Cannery Row and there is also a shopping center up the road if you forgot anything or if you need to run oit your toddler.

Our room was beautiful and extremely clean; it looked newly decorated. Staff was very kind and helpful! The free breakfast had generous quantities of food that was delicious. We plan to stay here again but for two nights instead of just one.

The stafff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. Nice cold Fridge in room. Walls are paper thin, you can fully hear understand your neighbors conversations. Towels are rough (not soft) Shower pressure was way too low. They must have a leak in the jacuzzi because there was constantly a hose in it to keep it filled up. The breakfast was average at best. (Eggs, sausage, bacon and potatoes were terrible)

It was close by to areas we wanted to access. The beds were comfortable but the sofa bed did not pull out and the bathroom was dated but worked. The phones also did not work in the rooms and I heard other quest complaining about the same thing. The staff were nice.

I loved that it was close to everything that we came out there to do. The property staff was very nice and accommodating to things we asked for and the manager Esmerelda I think was her name was truly amazing and helped give us the perfect room for my family member with special needs and she was very nice and gave us information about the nearest stores and restaurants. I will definitely be coming back. Oh and their complementary breakfast has something everyone will love.
