The building out side and front is great! The personnel and service is terrible. On the past this Hotel use to be a great place, now is totally the opposite. They treat you as they are doing you a favor. Bad faces staring from the front desk, rooms smell bad, mold on walls and ceiling. Stains on the bed cover. This will be the last time that I’m stay here. Paying to much for all the bad things and bad service that the hotel offers. Is a shame this beautiful Hotel end like this…

Old, room I stayed at was not renovated or upgraded at all. Shower had no curtain and curtain pole was left there. Shower ceiling was just sheetrock and had mold. Definitely needs to be renovated.

The hotel is gorgeous. You feel like you're in a hacienda even though it's among modern buildings.The king room with a hot tub was perfect to relax in and rest. The location is across a shopping center with great restaurants. Monterrey is not a walkable city, so we used Uber a lot to get around and easy to access from the hotel.
