The Hotel is old and dirty. Extremely small bedrooms. Extremely small and thin mattresses on the beds, which made the nights very uncomfortable. Would never go back to this place. The only positive is that it was walking distance from the theater I was going to see a show.

I wanted somewhere close to the concert venue I was going to and the hotel was more or less next door. I was sent two different codes for the keypad entry but once that was resolved,the hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet with friendly and helpful staff

Accommodating, but unpleasant service, awful smell
When we walked into the room, the entire place was clean and all the furniture was in a good condition. The main problem was the smell of a harsh chemical or cleaning agent. We left the window open to help clear out the smell. After a while when we noticed the smell was not dissipating, we went downstairs to ask to see if there is another room available. The lady at the desk said that the woman who cleans the room had "perfumed" the room and that she'll see if she could find another one. We therefore went back upstairs to check the second option and it was worse than the first, with the window opening to the back of the front-building sign which had entrapped a large pool of murky rainwater that had a bunch of cigarette butts in it. We went back down (take note, no elevator) and said it's worse and she said that yes, it was cleaned by the same woman so she does perfume the rooms. The other thing is, we were traveling with an elderly family member who had a room next to ours -- that room had NO smell and was in fact quite comfortable. Last, but not least, when I woke up early in the morning to use the restroom, there was a VERY STRONG cigarette smoke/smell wafting through some vent or duct into the bathroom somehow! I do not know how, but I don't doubt someone was smoking as we saw evidence of cigarette usage by patrons or otherwise when we checked the other room. It was terrible and added to the already harsh never-fading smell in our room. Will not stay here again.

This was a really nice hotel for a short stay - we were there overnight. The staff were really welcoming and efficient. The room was small (it was cheap) but in good condition with a well presented ensuite and a lovely shower. There is a supermarket over the road for provisions and fuel. The centre of the town is close, medieval and has lots of restaurants some of which were open on a Sunday evening. A great way to break a journey to the south of France.

An excellent place to stay overnight or longer. Room size adequate, clean and comfortable. Anyone unable to tackle stairs should be aware that they need a ground floor room as there is no lift. There are no drink facilities in the room but there is a vending machine in reception. Unfortunately, the receptionist forgot that it was Sunday when she gave us the start time for breakfast and so we had to leave without enjoying a start to the day.

Good one night stop over for us whilst travelling through France(with dog). Room, linen, towels etc. where clean, breakfast was OK too. Friendly staff who speak good English. Reception manned during the morning then after 4.00p.m if you arrive in between those times you will need to use the Auto Check In Machine which is in the Foyer, this will allocate you a room and issue access codes for doors. A great value for money hotel, just off the motorway, located within a small shopping centre with shops and restaurants close by, would stay again if travelling same route.

Cheap and cheerful, good for one night stop
This was an overnight stop on the way to Calais.The hotel is a little difficult to find as it is in a retail park but other than that was fine. Yes it's 'no frills' but it was clean, quiet and breakfast was good - I don't think you could ask for more for the price. Also not one English speaking tv channel, but due to good internet, Netflix worked fine and kept us occupied. Best restaurant close by Buffalo Grill.
