Hotel as a fair price....but its almost 50$ a day for parking with no valet! The television in my room wasn't working. Its a non smoking hotel but the owner is in the lobby vaping is pen and being very rude to its customers. When I told him we're not allowed to smoke here.....he simply replied "im the owner here, im allowed"....

Poor service, unprofessional, they made me wait to check out while housekeepere were busy gossiping and they dare tell me it takes quite some time to check if I smoke in my room before refunding. And the room smells bad! Over 17 years of travelling, that was by far my worst stay!!!

Followed right up to the hotel by a creepy man, horrible service checking in, he forgot to give us our room keys and # among other inconveniences to begin our stay, we did not receive the room we had booked and we were not told of our room changes, we had booked a queen size bedroom got a king sized, with the lovely surprise of a noisy fan that sounded awful to listen to with no way to turn off. Many small features such as drawer knobs and some of the decorative features of the headboard were missing as well. Overall very moderate experience and mid room. Honestly expected better for our $.

Parking tip
They didn't accapt debit card for security hold which meant having to use atm. A little surprised that they no longer advertise their proximity to village. Tip... there are much cheaper parking available within 2 blocks than hotel. Recommend the garage with entrance on Rue Providence and St Hubert

The hotel was cheap, so we were expecting the rooms to be a little rough, rough is an understatement which again sure that’s fine it was cheap but when we were denied an extra pillow and blanket for the third guest sleeping on the pull out couch which we booked for up to 4 people was awful. No mini fridge or microwave, some of the furniture it glued together and holes in the ceiling.
