Had a nice stay. The property was very clean and the staff are friendly. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Only thing that would make it better is if they had a pool in the fabulous outdoor space they have.

I stayed here from September 27 to 29. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The area around the hotel can get a bit sketchy (heavy police presence across the street at the gas station on Friday night) and loud, but we didn't hear the noise once we were inside. I loved the coffee shop attached to the hotel. Great coffee and pastries and customer service. The hotel itself was pretty bare bones. No complaints about the amenities, but there were no added touches like coffee machines or water coolers in the lobby. What bothered me though was the poor customer service at the front desk. I stood at the front desk for about 5 minutes waiting while the staff did something right in front of me without even acknowledging my presence. I know this doesn't sound like a big deal, but a simple "hello, I'll be with you in a minute" can go a long way to make someone feel welcome.
