Room was very dirty, flooring was popping up and sloppily re-glued and screwed down with deck screws that were not flush to the floor causing me to cut a toe on an exposed screw. Shower would not stop leaking all night no matter how hard we turned the handle. Secondary lock on door was also missing. I would not stay here again. You really get what you pay for.

The motel staff was unaware that what is going on. The room was veryyyyyy small and lights microwave were not working. The washroom wasn’t even clean. The bedsheets had holes in it. We slept in our car. We didn’t even get a refund. We chose that because in the pictures of the room were very good but they have totally mis- represented their place. I do have pictures as well.

We arrived here after driving 15 hours from the Nova Scotia ferry. Immediately the sign was broken, the grounds were poorly lit, and poorly paved. We went into the front office to check in and there was a post it note stuck to the divider with hourly rates of the rooms. There was also multiple other papers taped to the divider that had dead bugs in between them. Not at all what I was expecting from the photos. Did not feel clean or safe to stay there. I told the front desk person I would be leaving for those reasons and he only advised there would be no refund, which I’m upset about. But, I would rather be out that money than stay in this motel.

Booked and paud extra money for hot tub but it was so malfunctioned didnt even take a shower coz water was spurting out of the bathtub.The moment you enter the room it smells moldy.And the view of the lake nearby blocked by the big boat.It was hard to sleep with that mouldy smell
