Our pullout couch, the sheets in that bed were so dirty. There was a couple bugs in there. Don’t know what they were. We called the front desk. They moved us. The lady that I spoke with was extremely rude and she was a manager. They contacted the GM I’ve not heard a word from him, and I was there tonight’s. This is not good customer service

My room had no ventilation and no phone. I was told once I complained that my room should not have been rented out because it was not up to standard because there were so many issues with the room. I was told by Danica that I would be getting a refund once I checked out and then was told that I needed to contact Hotels.com for a refund. I honestly would never stay there again

There were spiders hairs and webs in the bathroom shower so we didn’t use it. I put the do not disturb in the door and they came in and made the beds anyway. Note they only came in made the beds and left, didn’t change the trash clean anything at all

My room was perfect! Very spacious and I felt safe doing a solo stay. The front desk at my check in was amazing. Leaving the staff tried to charge me $20 for trying to extend my checkout from 12p to 1p. Sometimes I feel like they treat Expedia bookers different and I don’t understand why. Other than that I had a pleasant way and the complimentary breakfast was great!

This was nicely located and close to many great options for shopping and dining. It was good for what we needed, however our room was right behind the elevators and next to the linen closet, so it was constantly noisy. I recommend not getting any rooms ending in *14 on any of the floors. Other than that, staff was kind and friendly and the breakfast was wonderful for our family. There was plenty of parking even though the back was blocked off for building maintenance/upkeep during the duration of our stay. When checking out, we were never asked how our stay was... which I thought was odd.

My stay was great. The room was very clean and I never had to ask for more towels. I was on a work trip and everyday when I came back from work the room was clean with a fresh supply of towels. I will always find a Hyatt place to stay.
