Sleepless night, but Cheery employees
The staff at the hotel was very nice and friendly! There front desk does close down and we arrived after their closing time but they were great to make arrangements for us to get keys to the room. Sadly our room was extremely uncomfortable especially the beds and pillows. The beds were so bad that each couple in beds rolled to the center. Needless to say no one slept well and it was a very restless night. Although the staff was a 10, the room was a 2.

Good low budget inn
The stay was fine. The room accommodations/beds worked great for our family of six. The room was clean and fairly updated. The air conditioner did not work during our stay and the handle fell off in the shower. However, the staff was courteous and tried to help us the best they could in the moment.

What a delight to find "Cactus Inn" in Missouri! We were returning from a family trip and simply stopped when it got late, but we loved the Cactus Inn which had a convenient and clean and cold room ready for us hot, weary travelers!

Hotel was a value. The property is older but they’ve done a nice job of upkeeping the rooms. Love the little bars of dove soap. Breakfast was nice too.
