Was absolutely a great stay! My family and I loved it. Plenty of beds and space in the rooms, plus a plethora of indoor and outdoor heated pools to swim in. The ladies in the front were cool too. I was prepared for the security deposit but they were understanding and gave me time to move some money around to another card. All in all it was a great spring break!

The furniture looked very outdated, the bedding on the pullout sofa was soiled and had a dead cockroach smashed on the backside of the sheet. On our last day we saw a roach crawling on one of the chairs around the dining table. We thought the light in the kitchen was broken during the entire stay but the light switch that was visible did not go to the kitchen light, the kitchen light was hidden in between the refrigerator and the wall. A maintenance man banged on the door like they were SWAT looking for a fugitive waking us up at 7:45 in the morning looking for wet carpet because they claimed they had a leak in the restaurant next door. The wall for the murphy bed looked S if rodents had been eating on it. Carpet was dirty and pulling away from wall. We did not complain we just made the best out of what we wanted to be a good vacation.

We had to change rooms due to the conditions of the first room, the second room was a bit better,short of the rat crap under the sink. The living room furniture was worn out. Huge lack of kitchen utensils etc. The Resort is under construction. The noise is terrible.

My room was not properly cleaned.

My room was not properly cleaned before I checked in. The floors needed to be sweeped and there were trash in different areas throughout each room on floors and behind furniture. I called the front desk for housekeeping twice and no one ever showed up. Some of the cookware was old and rusty. Noticed two cockroaches crawling around in the kitchen. The appearance and cleanness of the entire room was trouble!!

It was terrible. Will not stay again. Rooms old. Had no towels or soap upon checkin. The next day after dropping off towels left our door open. Luckily nothing was taken. Trash on floors outside of building that was there the whole time. It use to be a nice place.

Worth it

Quick and easy check in. Lots of construction but only on bottom floors & heard only when in lobby. Room was renovated but still had the old feel to it. No mold or mildew. Love the views & beach is right there. Multiple stays & will continue as it hits my love for the beach & not hard on the wallet!
