We came in as a group. Expedia stated that check-in was at 3pm. I was able to checkin at 3, but others in my group was made to wait until 4pm and the last at the front desk made it seem like a big deal that we booked through Expedia. Before doing anything for us she keep saying well you all booked through a 3rd party. They also DO NOT have a jacuzzi as advertised.
