Our trip to Nashville was extended by four days, but we decided to leave this hotel as it turned into a nightmare. The internet barely worked during our original four-day stay, despite multiple complaints from us and other guests to the front desk. We were met with unhelpful responses and excuses, with the staff always claiming that the maintenance man was working on it and it would be fixed in about an hour. One woman at the front desk seem irritated when we asked her for a roll of toilet paper & claimed she didn't know where to find any. I explained we needed it and she scoffed & walk off & brought some back & tossed it at me. The maid was rude when we asked for fresh towels and for our trash to be taken out. Our one-bedroom suite had issues with the heat in the bedroom and no ventilation in the living room area. However, the worst part of our stay was on our last night when a man was seen screaming and hitting his female companion in the hallway. It took more than 45 minutes for both the front desk and police to respond, & they did not check on the woman or ask the man to leave. This incident made us realize that this hotel was not a safe or pleasant place to stay. Despite the room being clean and the beds comfortable, the behavior of some of the staff members and the disturbing incident on our last night made it a memorable stay for all the wrong reasons. We were relieved to finally leave this hotel behind and continue our trip without any further unpleasant experiences.
