If you want to try an average Las Vegas hotel in the Bahamas, this is your spot. The racket here is the lack of competition for the restaurants resulting in slightly above average food at 4 times the price. Fiji water will run you $18 dollars a bottle. DORITOS A COOL $12.95. Drinks $40 to $50 each. There's a lack of activities as well. As for the service, they work at a turtles pace. I would pass on this destination

Baha Mar is an amazing resort. It is close to the airport and there are so many things that you can do day or night. The resort is super clean and very well maintained. We will definitely visit again.

Room very noisy when balcony door open but quiet when closed. The noise was from some machinery or AC, also constant sound of beeping noise from vehicles backing up. Dining options very limited even with 45 restaurants as most were extremely expensive. Stix restaurant food was very poor. Starbucks was super busy and took over an hour to get our order which was then wrong anyway. Loved the pool areas during the week. Friday and Saturday were very busy and very hard to find chairs are pools. Too many kids in the hot tubs jumping in and out.
