We got locked out of room Took them 45 min to send someone to open the door. Because their battery died on the lock. Restaurants are very slow and staff are not friendly. They say closed at 12 pm they later on come around 10:30 to say last call. We are closing at 11 we don’t have enough people to stay open until 12. I will never go back to this hotel.

Couldn’t find my Reservation

Initially they could not find my reservation when I arrived. I booked it through the Hotel app and never called to confirm. It took the desk person and manager in a different room about 20 minutes to find the reservation, which was fully paid for already. Beside this only stressful time, everything else was perfect.

The property is gorgeous. The prices are astronomical even for a 5* resort. 7$ USD for a Diet Coke. $10USD for a bottle of water. Every meal is at least $100/person. Cigars are $75USD. I was here with my 4 young kids. 7k USD in food and incidentals over 6 days. No crazy meals. Not lots of alcohol etc.
